12 Tempting Pie & Pints
Here at The Red Lion, we are dedicated to sourcing from local farmers and producers and only ever use sustainable ingredients and therefore it is only to be expected that we are such a positive ambassador for, and a member of, Hampshire Fare.
To mark this exciting annual festival, not only does it time well with having launched our new seasonal summer menu, which features a variety of locally-sourced ingredients, but Chef has, for the month of July, created a special pie to feature in the festival’s 12 tempting pie & pints promotion.
Throughout the month of July 2017 you can enjoy Chef’s delicious Hampshire fish pie with Chalkstreak river trout in a creamy watercress sauce topped with smoked cheddar mash and seasonal veggies. Perfectly paired with Hook’s very own Andwell Brewery Pilsner for just £17.95 (includes the pint).
